Steve & Nancy... Now may our Lord Jesus Christ himself and God our Father, who loved us and by his grace gave us eternal comfort and a wonderful hope, comfort you and strengthen you in every good thing you do and say. 2 Thessalonians 2:16-17, NLT Hang in there, FULL RECOVERY -- NO DOUBT!!! We are still praying and the road may be long but... each day is one day closer...closer to all out celebration and rejoicing over the miracles God has done in Allie's full recovery. These hard days will serve as a few 'markers' amongst the tremendous number of accomplishments you will one day look back on with wonder and awe. Know that there are so many of us continuing praying for you all. We won't give up, right! Be sure to get your rest as it is vital to being who you need to be for Allie, but especially, sometimes just for each other. We love you, Marla & Family
Rough Day - enough said! These days are so tiring, I know, and only love, prayer and sleep will get you through them. You have our prayers with you each and every day for you, and for Allison. Please take care of yourselves - you can run down so suddenly. Allison is getting there, your love is making sure of that. Much love, SusanJ, Scotland
I've been here for 20 minutes trying to find some words of wisdom and solace...I have been unsuccessful because try as I might, I cannot ever put myself in your shoes. All I know is that exhaustion makes every fiber of one's being raw and sensitive-you need to take a break, recharge and replenish. You and Nancy are the strongest human beings I know. I recognize that when it comes to our children, we find the faith and the strength to move mountains. Your post from last evening is so honest..."rough day". I know you don't need me to tell you that you HAVE to have some down time, just please let us know how we can help you get some. Anything you need, just ask.
Dear Cagen Family: I am still praying for you and there will be ups and downs, but you have so much support and so much faith...we know you'll get through it! Full Recovery - Never a Doubt!
