| Allie is resting today. Her little body is recovering from the inside out. Thank all of you for your prayers and wishes. We are truly blessed to have each and everyone of you in our lives. I am working today and Nancy is by Allie's side. She said that Allie opened her eyes today for about 5 minutes but that she was basically still at rest with her eyes open. Rest is good. Please understand that I use words such as at rest and trauma instead of the ugly medical words . I have heard people say that Allie was in a drug induced coma. That is not true, this coma is her bodies was of protecting her and allowing her to heal. Bless you all. I will have more news tomorrow. Allie's Dad |

Dear Steve and Nancy,
I can't tell you how sorry I am for the pain and suffering you all are going through. When our children are hurt, we are hurt.This time last year my daughter had to have her eye removed because of malignant cancer. I know some of the terror you are experiencing and my prayers are with you everyday. We have an awesome God and He "never" will leave your side or Allie's. Just keep clinging to all the hopeful things the doctors are telling you and claim the promise God has given us that whatever our needs are, He will meet them and when two or more are gathered in His name, there He will also be and I know that there are two or more "thousand" prayers going up for your precious daughter. I love you both and will continue to pray everytime you cross my mind.

Having just left Jewish Beliefs chat room on AOL, I thought I would let you know that I witnessed at least 20 maybe 25 people inquire about how you are doing. Just goes to show you, your on everyone's mind kiddo! GET WELL! We all want to hear your grandma give us a glowing report that your doing fine and on the mend. God bless you baby doll, your in my prayers all the time.
